Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in payment processing portfolio management, treasury management, or financial analytics.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy and portfolio optimization.
• Advanced analytical capability (SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools).
• Experience supporting P&L analysis, forecasting and reporting or large product portfolio.
• Proven leadership experience managing analytical and/or product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Support VP in P&L management including revenue, billing performance, interchange, fee income, and expense management.
• Develop and contribute to strategic growth around acquisition, activation, and usage.
• Support pricing strategy development, line assignment, balance transfer strategy, and promotional programs.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve risk-adjusted returns.
• Evaluate new product features, rewards structures, and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and maintain segmentation models, profitability modeling, lifetime value analysis, and forecasting.
