Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative focus).
• Strong analytics and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: develop and influence top priorities and platform development.
• Analysis: identify business challenges and offer data-driven recommendations.
• Partnership: collaborate with Pricing, Corporate Development, Sales and others to improve profitability.
• Quantitative orientation: apply rigorous analytics to marketing and credit risk management.
• Demonstrated business judgment, leadership and integrity in decision making.
• Excellent written and oral communication to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Focus on achieving short- and long-term goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consulting is a plus.
