Job summary

NISC, a Georgia-based, AI-forward technology leader serving energy cooperatives and networks, seeks a Director of Financial Services & Analytics to optimize profitability across the credit card portfolio. You will partner with Finance, Risk, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to enhance acquisition, engagement, and payment processing performance.

Responsibilities include leading segmentation and profitability modeling, building dashboards and KPIs for executives, and guiding pricing,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payment processing portfolio management, treasury, or analytics.
• Strong pricing strategy and portfolio optimization knowledge.
• Advanced analytics using SQL, Python, R, SAS or similar tools.
• Experience in P&L analysis, forecasting and reporting for large portfolios.
• Proven leadership of analytic or product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support VP in P&L management including revenue, billing, interchange, fees, and expense control.
• Develop growth strategies around acquisition, activation, and usage.
• Monitor portfolio performance and optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Build dashboards and KPIs for executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Marketing, and Technology teams.
