• Senior-level payments/fintech experience and leadership.
• Ability to connect market, regulatory, technology, network trends to client implications.
• Experience guiding a small team or cross-functional group.
• Credibility with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and thought-leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape CMSPI’s market agenda and prioritize industry developments, risks, opportunities, and innovations.
• Turn market signals into clear points of view, client education, and practical guidance.
• Bring market intelligence into executive briefings, client education, renewals, and sales meetings.
• Represent CMSPI in senior client discussions, events, and external forums.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Partnerships, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Lead a small team producing timely, useful intelligence for clients and account teams.
• Triage demand, escalate priorities, and scale work where appropriate.
