Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Payments Strategic Client Engagement Associate to support execution of client engagement strategies and executive-facing programs within Global Payments Sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services, marketing, sales roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiar with AI concepts and applications.
• Able to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of strategic client engagement initiatives across corporate and financial institution clients.
• Assist in building and reviewing client target lists for strategic engagement opportunities, including pre- and post-engagement target analysis.
• Maintain engagement calendars and tracking tools to ensure alignment across functions.
• Track client participation, engagement outcomes, and post-event follow-ups and actions.
• Support client briefing development, executive meeting preparation, and follow-up activities as needed.
• Coordinate and distribute payments thought leadership content.
• Manage content calendars and execute weekly sales meeting communications.
• Partner with subject matter experts to curate actionable, client-focused content aligned to business priorities.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations to improve engagement effectiveness.
