Job summary

Weave is seeking a Payment Success Specialist – Activation to guide new payments customers through a strategic, white-glove onboarding journey from kickoff to activation. You will design activation roadmaps, lead training calls, and ensure flawless deployment of workflows while aligning Weave’s capabilities with customers’ goals.

You’ll monitor six-month activity and aim for meaningful volume with $5,000 monthly processing.

• 5+ years in onboarding, activation, customer success, or implementation.
• Strong payments technology knowledge and workflows.
• Excellent communication with business owners and financial decision-makers.
• Advanced problem-solving to design tailored solutions.
• Deep understanding of change management and guiding behavioral shifts.
• Results-driven with activation, volume, and adoption KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary consultant for new payments customers, delivering onboarding from kickoff to activation.
• Lead comprehensive activation calls aligning capabilities with customer goals and metrics.
• Oversee deployment of hardware, software, and Text-to-Pay workflows with best-practice configurations.
• Design activation roadmaps guiding customers toward milestones and three transactions with unique customers.
• Establish activation success criteria and expectations for adoption and ongoing engagement.
• Follow-up with key stakeholders to assess adoption and identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to remove barriers and maximize payment utilization.
• Act as payments SME advising on best practices, regulatory nuances, and operational strategies.
• Monitor processing volume for six months post-activation and guide toward $5,000 monthly processing.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to share trends and inform strategy.
