Job summary

Weave in Lehi, UT is seeking a Payment Success Specialist – Activation to lead a strategic, white-glove onboarding journey for new payments customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding activation from kickoff to sustained adoption and revenue growth.

You will design activation roadmaps, train customer teams, and align Weave payments with operational goals while driving measurable outcomes like six-month usage and meaningful volume milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in onboarding, activation, or customer success within SaaS, FinTech or payments.
• Expertise in payments workflows and best practices; consult at a strategic level.
• Strong communication with business owners, operations leaders, and financial decision-makers.
• Advanced problem-solving to identify adoption risks and tailor solutions.
• Deep understanding of change management and guiding behavioral shifts.
• Results-driven; consistently meet activation, volume, and adoption KPIs.
• Collaborative; works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary consultant and trusted advisor for new payments customers from kickoff to activation.
• Lead Payment Success Introduction + Training Calls aligning Weave’s capabilities with customer goals.
• Ensure deployment of hardware, software, and Text-to-Pay workflows with best-practice configurations.
• Design activation roadmaps guiding customers to first milestones, including three transactions with unique customers.
• Monitor six months post-activation and drive increased usage and deeper platform adoption.
• Partner with internal teams to share activation trends and inform GTM strategies.
