Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy Reimbursement Strategy and Finance to drive analytics across contract opportunities, benchmarking, and pricing strategy within Payer Relations Analytics. You will build complex deal models, prepare leadership-ready insights, and collaborate with Finance and data teams to improve processes and outputs.

The role emphasizes developing next-generation CostVantage outputs, cross-functional partnerships, and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years work experience in health care, finance, consulting, business analytics or related quantitative problem solving
• Strong analytical skillset and approach to problem solving
• Strong financial modeling skills - Ability to build, maintain, and interpret complex deal models and quantify financial impacts
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive recommendations to leadership through impactful, insightful analytical-based presentations
• Ability to become trusted advisor to cross-functional business partners
• Ability to focus on long-term, strategic goals while executing against short-term objectives
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of the industry
• 1-2 years SQL experience

Responsibilities

• Develop contract analytics and modeling to support negotiations for >100 payers and PBMs
• Lead cost modeling and benchmarking to inform pricing decisions
• Collaborate with Finance and data warehouse teams to integrate pricing data
• Oversee modeling of pricing models across lines of business in 2027+
• Partner with Payer Relations to align outputs with business needs
