Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a National Account Director for the Payer Team to lead strategic engagement with national payer/PBM/GPO accounts, ensuring optimal access and reimbursement for Ipsen’s portfolio.

The role focuses on securing profitable access and serving as the primary contact for key payer accounts. You will collaborate with Value & Access, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and HEOR to translate Ipsen’s value proposition into payer-ready strategies, monitor contract

Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in payer national account management.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and secure favorable formulary access.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payer landscape including Medicare/Medicaid.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national payers, PBMs, and IDNs.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage ongoing payer relationships to secure access.
• Build and maintain relationships with key payer decision-makers and leadership.
• Monitor contract compliance and performance to Sr. Director and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Value & Access, Sales, Marketing and HEOR to deliver payer-ready solutions.
• Provide customer insights and contract performance updates to internal leadership.
