Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
4–6 years of patch management or related infrastructure security experience.
Strong patch management principles with WSUS and SCCM experience.
Proven problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with assessments, audits, and automated patch management solutions.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead assessment, testing, and deployment of OS and application patches across enterprise endpoints.
Design and maintain patching schedules and maintenance windows.
Troubleshoot and remediate failed patches with system admins.
Implement automated patch management workflows and deployment rules.
Monitor vulnerability feeds and prioritize patch deployment by risk and SLAs.
Document patch procedures, baselines, and reporting for audits.
