Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field.
• 4–6 years in patch management or related infrastructure security roles.
• Experience with patch management principles and tools like WSUS/SCCM.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with assessments, audits, and automated patch management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, testing, and deployment of OS and app patches across endpoints.
• Design and maintain patching schedules and maintenance windows.
• Troubleshoot and remediate failed patches with admins and app owners.
• Implement automated patch management workflows and deployment rules.
• Monitor feeds and dashboards to prioritize patch deployment by risk and SLA.
• Document patch procedures, baselines, and reporting for audits.
• Collaborate with vulnerability management to align patches with threats.
