Job summary

PENTAX Medical in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Planning and Parts Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead strategic inventory demand planning. You will ensure parts availability for service teams while controlling carrying costs.

The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years in warehouse operations, strong inventory control knowledge, and experience with ERP/WMS. This role requires leadership, analytical skills, and collaboration across procurement, production, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing.
• Maintain service levels for parts and oversee part availability.
• Coordinate urgent backorders with global parts supply and Americas.
• Manage part life cycle in ERP and sunset discontinued items.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, service, and logistics.
