South-Town Refrigeration is seeking a Parts Procurement and Quoting Specialist to support service operations. You will coordinate parts procurement, prepare quotes, manage vendor relationships, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely, cost-efficient service.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to secure competitive pricing, favorable lead times, and reliable delivery while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement: source parts from approved suppliers and verify pricing and lead times.
• Quoting: prepare accurate quotes with pricing, lead times, and terms.
• Vendor Management: build relationships; monitor performance and delivery.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: maintain records of orders, pricing, and supplier info.
• Problem-Solving: troubleshoot parts availability and delivery issues.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries and manage returns or replacements.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in on-call dispatch when needed.
