Job summary

underdog venture team is seeking a Partnership Sales Manager to drive new revenue from a portfolio of brand and property clients. You will own the sales cycle, prospect strategically, and build strong client relationships with support from the VP, Partnerships.

Based in New York with a remote/hybrid setup, you will report to the VP of Partnerships and help grow UDCO’s network of brands, leagues, teams, and athletes through strategic partnerships and compelling storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in partnership sales or business development.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Experience with proposal building and storytelling.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new partners for growing client base.
• Manage sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution with VP support.
• Negotiate terms, sponsorship packages, and revenue agreements.
• Build and track pipeline activity and outcomes.
• Represent the company in meetings and industry events.
• Stay updated on client industry news and trends.
