Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or a related client-facing role; insurance or financial services experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner Management: Manage day-to-day relationships and performance for an assigned portfolio of partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with Enterprise Sales, Technology, Operations, Marketing, legal, and Product to deliver on partner commitments and resolve issues efficiently.
• Project and Initiative Ownership: Own projects and initiatives from launch through ongoing optimization, monitoring performance to identify gaps, issues, and risks, and formulating solutions that support partner growth.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate opportunities to grow existing partnerships and improve partner performance and scale. Focus areas include lead engagement, sales conversion, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report on KPIs and sales process, escalating risks and issues to leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Initiative Support: Support contract and initiative deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives, legal requirements, and timelines.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve day-to-day partner issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service and partner satisfaction.
