Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience/certifications.
• 1–3 years of experience managing programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic program roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple related projects while maintaining focus on overall program success.
• Continuously evaluate priorities and adjust plans as business needs evolve.
• Serve as the operational leader for assigned programs across cross-functional teams.
