Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in real estate development, infrastructure development, or large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required (real estate, engineering, planning, business, or related field preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive data center strategy to grow Longroad’s market presence.
• Monitor regulatory trends impacting data center load demand across markets.
• Track utility tariffs and load interconnection processes with utilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across origination, legal, interconnection, permitting, construction, finance.
• Represent Longroad at industry conferences, meetings, and site visits.
• Advance data center development activities for pipeline projects.
• Manage large load application processes across US markets.
• Assist with site-level evaluation including zoning, land use, environmental constraints, access and infrastructure readiness.
• Support land-related due diligence including review of purchase agreements and leases.
• Partner with internal teams to align development with timelines and investment objectives.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of data center opportunities.
• Develop templates and best practices for data center site development.
• Support market research on data center trends, siting requirements, and infrastructure considerations.
