Job summary

Life360 is hiring a senior business development practitioner to forge strategic partnerships and turn them into results. You will decide which partners matter most, engage senior leaders, and lead deals from first conversation through launch and growth.

You’ll join a focused team where each person owns high-value partners and goes deep. The US-based salary range for this position is $190,000 to $296,500, with base pay varying by location and RSU equity included in total compensation.

Qualifications

• You have executive relationships with major tech platforms such as Meta, Google, and OpenAI.
• You build strategy and close deals across partnerships.
• You lead without authority and foster trusted relationships.
• You work AI-native workflows to scale partnership identification and execution.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for your partner targets and build a clear plan for outreach and value.
• Open connections with decision-makers, develop relationships, and lead negotiations.
• Sign strategic distribution partnerships and drive monetizable outcomes in year one.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, finance, and partner teams to move deals forward.
• Apply AI-enabled workflows to identify, evaluate, and execute partnerships at scale.
