Life360 is hiring a Marketing Planning & Operations Director to build a single truth budget system, planning cadence, and workflows across marketing. You will partner with global leadership to scale and align execution, delivering a real-time view of spend and priorities across teams.

The role requires 10+ years in Marketing Planning/Operations and a Bachelor's or equivalent, with US remote work recognizing three geographic tiers for compensation.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Planning, Marketing Operations, or Strategy & Operations roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level storytelling.
• Strong project management with a track record of meeting deadlines.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end planning across marketing, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Define planning cadences and executive-ready templates (QBRs, boards materials).
• Build and roll out cohesive workflows, templates, and processes to optimize marketing execution.
