Jericho Road Community Health Center is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager in Buffalo, NY to build and steward corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and donor engagement across local and global initiatives. This full-time role sits in Advancement.

You will manage donor strategies, prepare proposals, track revenue, and represent the organization at events, while using Raiser's Edge to maintain accurate records and nurture long-term relationships with businesses and foundations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; minimum 3 years in development/sales.
• Experience cultivating business/corporate relationships and soliciting monetary gifts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and steward relationships with businesses, corporations, foundations, and civic groups to generate sponsorships, employee engagement, volunteer participation, and long-term philanthropic investment.
• Manage corporate partnership opportunities including Bridging the Gap sponsorships, naming opportunities, employee giving partnerships.
• Manage corporate volunteer engagement with the Manager of Training and Volunteer Engagement.
• Lead full cycle of identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for major gift prospects.
• Create donor strategies with in-person visits and tailored cultivation plans.
• Represent Jericho Road at events to raise awareness and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain Raiser's Edge records, reports, and KPI tracking.
• Prepare proposals, sponsorship packages, and recognition benefits tailored to partners.
