Job summary

Jericho Road Community Health Center in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to advance corporate sponsorships and donor engagement within the Advancement Department. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead donor strategies including in-person visits and tailored cultivation plans.
• Represent Jericho Road at events, donor programs and community activities.
• Track partnership revenue and pipeline, maintaining Raiser's Edge records.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals and recognition benefits tailored to partners.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Jericho Road Community Health Center is actively seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager. This position is full-time, within the Advancement Department, working at our 233 W Ferry location.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and steward strategic relationships with businesses, corporations, foundations, civic organizations and other community partners that generate sponsorships, employee engagement opportunities, volunteer participation, and long-term philanthropic investment.
• Manage corporate partnership opportunities including Bridging the Gap sponsorships, naming opportunities, employee giving partnerships.
• Manage corporate volunteer engagement in collaboration with the Manager of Training and Volunteer Engagement.
• Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, leading the full cycle of identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Create individual donor strategies that include in-person visits, tailored cultivation plans, solicitation goals, and follow-up stewardship activities.
• Represent Jericho Road in the community by attending networking events, speaking engagements, donor events, and other opportunities that strengthen awareness of JRCHC's mission and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in Raiser's Edge including contact reports, move management, pipeline tracking, to support consistent reporting.
• Track and report on partnership and major gift revenue, pipeline and engagement metrics for the Advancement team and leadership.
• Prepare proposals, sponsorship packages, and recognition benefits tailored to each partner’s interests and giving capacity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field with minimum 3 years of successful development/sales experience
• Experience cultivating business/corporate relationships and soliciting monetary gifts

Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 salaried. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
