Job summary

Amazon Fuse — Business Development is seeking a senior leader to own strategic partnerships that embed Amazon subscription services into partner products. You will drive end-to-end deals, build business cases, and coordinate with product, legal, tax, finance, marketing, and operations to accelerate subscriber growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Originate and own strategic partnerships with telecoms, ISPs, OEMs and other large distribution partners.
• Develop distribution strategies for Amazon services including Prime, Prime Video and Amazon Music.
• Structure and negotiate complex deals across bundles, wholesale models and revenue shares.
• Own deals end-to-end from concept to launch and ongoing management.
• Build business cases and evaluate economics for partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Prime, Finance, Legal, Product and Operations.
• Manage senior partner relationships and expand across multiple businesses.
• Drive post-launch performance using subscriber and financial data.
• Create scalable partnership models for future deployments.
• Determine market priorities and resource deployment based on impact.
