OKX is seeking a Technical Lead to own the frontend across trading, Web3, payments, and more. You will guide teams through architecture decisions, ensure high-quality frontend delivery, and align product goals with engineering practice in a fast-paced crypto environment.

The role demands engineering rigor, product thinking, and deep frontend fluency, plus the ability to engage in architecture discussions with backend peers. Strong leadership and crypto domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field; 10+ years engineering experience.
• 5+ years managing technical teams; solid full-stack with frontend depth.
• Deep command of core frontend technologies (React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization) with backend/API fluency.
• Proven track record leading frontend for products with DAU 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments.
• Demonstrated experience driving cross-team collaboration and standard adoption via technical influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals, including Hiring and pipeline building.
• Lead technical design and delivery for core features such as trading frontend, wallet/asset management, AI-powered trading products, and payment gateway integrations.
• Integrate AI into product decisions and design, beyond mere deployment tooling.
• Set engineering standards in crypto contexts, addressing security, frontend attack prevention, and compliance.
• Build dual technical and business influence, communicating value to engineers, PMs, and leadership.
