Job summary

EAB/Hybrid seeks an Account Director, Strategic Partnerships to lead a portfolio of education partners, ensuring client success, retention, and growth while guiding a team of Senior and Account Managers.

You will translate enrollment and marketing objectives into integrated digital strategies, collaborating with Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Creative, and Production to deliver measurable results for university partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years leading key client accounts in digital media, advertising, marketing, or related agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital media strategy and measurement.
• Experience mentoring account management professionals.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of key education partners for client success, retention, and growth.
• Mentor Senior Account Managers and Account Managers with clear performance expectations.
• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Creative, Production, and other teams.
