Asymmetric Research in New York City seeks a strategic partnerships manager to join our business development team. You will build a pipeline through outbound outreach, conferences, and in-person relationship-building with crypto/AI builders, positioning us as the security and infrastructure partner of choice.

You will run full-cycle deals, size engagements with our team, and travel up to 20-40% to meet clients, shaping a role in a fast-growing security firm.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years closing complex, larger deals in enterprise sales.
• Genuinely persuasive when addressing sophisticated buyers.
• Strong market instincts to read and act in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize prospects across crypto/AI builders, exchanges, L1/L2 teams, fintechs, and AI companies.
• Attend conferences, meetups, dinners, and other events to meet decision-makers in person.
• Manage full-cycle deals: outreach, scoping, sizing engagements, and closing.
• Make a compelling case for why security should be a priority for potential clients.
• Use market signals to reach teams before they seek security partners, and coordinate with the team to size engagements.
