Job summary

Homeboy Threads, part of Homeboy Industries, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in circular fashion. You will own the full sales funnel, establish strategic partnerships with fashion brands, retailers, and studios, and deliver consultative, value-driven solutions aligned with social impact goals.

You will represent the brand externally at events, manage multi-stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and development to maximize

Qualifications

3+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships experience.
Experience building and closing high-value partnerships and multi-stakeholder deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales funnel from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and execution.
Identify prospects, generate leads, and build long-term relationships with fashion brands and partners.
Develop and present Statements of Work and RFP responses.
Represent Homeboy Threads externally to expand partnerships and impact.
Collaborate across departments to drive integrated business outcomes.
