You will influence the fashion strategic roadmap, build relationships with major brands, and leverage data to inform decisions while coordinating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders. Qualifications

• 9+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• 9+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Experience developing and executing GTM strategies that are large in scope.
• Experience in the Fashion, Fitness, or Consumer Product industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive Fashion Strategy and brand recruitment for top brands and growth initiatives.
• Influence and build relationships with top brands to drive revenue and selection.
• Develop opportunities for Amazon within the Fashion vertical using retail knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and cross-functional leaders.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams with strong project management.
