You will cultivate a broad referral ecosystem including mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, title companies, and financial partners, turning conversations into consistent referrals for our sales team.

This is not a traditional sales role; it rewards relationship depth, active engagement, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• The right person is outgoing, organized, competitive, and comfortable building relationships from scratch.
• Experience in title, mortgage, real estate, insurance, outside sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Knowledge of lender, realtor, and title relationships and a track record of building referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new referral partners across markets.
• Build relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, title companies, builders, and financial professionals.
• Attend networking and community events to expand the partner ecosystem.
• Create opportunities to introduce Uhlig Agencies to new businesses and referrals.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing partners.
• Coordinate partner events, presentations, and educational opportunities.
• Track referral activity and measure partnerships by results.
