Job summary

Chevron Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior SEG Relationship Manager to drive partnerships with select employer groups and expand the member base. You will manage a growing portfolio, conduct outbound outreach, and coordinate branch visits, while balancing B2B and B2C activities to accelerate memberships and deposits.

The role requires strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience in sales and event planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related sales experience; B2B preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and conduct outreach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Researches, identifies, and pursues new SEGs and partner organizations for growth.
• Conducts outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking) to secure meetings and present proposals.
• Manages an emerging book of business aligned with companies up to ~2,000 employees.
• Contributes to annual growth of 400–600 new memberships and +$3 million in deposit growth.
• Coordinates with branch teams to schedule SEG visits, enrollment opportunities, and promotions.
• Participates in B2C/member events up to 25% of time to drive membership growth.
• Tracks activity, pipeline, and outcomes; maintains CRM documentation.
