Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related sales experience required.
• B2B/business development and relationship management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Researches, identifies, and pursues new SEGs and partners for growth within FOM.
• Outreach via calls, emails, and networking to secure meetings and present proposals.
• Builds and manages an active pipeline of prospective companies.
• Contributes to annual growth of memberships and deposit growth through outreach and events.
• Coordinates SEG visits, enrollment opportunities, and promotional activities.
• Participates in B2C/member events up to 25% of time to drive membership.
