Job summary

Archive Owl, a Los Angeles-based architecture and property documentation startup, seeks a part-time Business Development & Industry Partnerships professional. You’ll expand presence within architecture, interior design, construction, and real estate communities, building lasting partnerships and repeat business.

You’ll work directly with the founder to shape outreach strategy, establish referrals, and grow recurring client relationships while aligning with the company’s technology-driven vision

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or partnerships within architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed approach with opportunity identification.
• Organizational skills with CRM or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architecture firms, design studios, builders, and real estate professionals.
• Promote Archive Owl’s surveying, documentation, and 3D scanning services to prospects.
• Establish referral partnerships and recurring client accounts.
• Identify geographic expansion opportunities and new partnerships.
• Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with founder on outreach strategy and growth initiatives.
