Corner Health is building a network of independent, local primary care practices backed by modern technology. We are hiring an Associate on the Strategic Partnerships team to drive partner strategy, sourcing, and execution across payors, employers, and ecosystem partners.

The role is high-visibility and high-impact, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can turn strategy into practical action, and wants to scale healthcare solutions through employers and partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, or a venture-backed startup.
• AI-forward operator who uses AI tools daily to work faster and smarter.
• Strong analytical skills, able to build financial models and turn data into recommendations.
• Strong commercial and executive presence, capable of pitching to senior leaders.
• Scrappy and resourceful with a track record of delivering in ambiguity and high-growth settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner Strategy & Analysis: size markets, build financial models, turn data into clear recommendations.
• Sourcing & Pipeline: identify and prioritize opportunities, own pipeline to a signed agreement.
• Commercial Meetings: pitch to payors, employers, and ecosystem partners with senior stakeholders.
• Contracting & Negotiation Support: prepare materials for negotiations, benchmarking, proposals, term sheets.
• Execution & Partner Management: coordinate launches, track performance, surface issues and opportunities.
