Role Overview

The Strategic Partnerships Lead is responsible for expanding Yondr Courts and other government entities, positioning Yondr as a safety and convenience solution. This role manages inbound and outbound leads and helps scale our products and services within Courts and government sectors. Collaborating with the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the role involves devising strategies for the US and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cover sales, implementations, and conferences across the US.
  • Focus on growing our presence in courts, with opportunities to engage with other industries.
  • Partner with State Security organizations to secure funding and promote state-wide adoption.
  • Develop relationships with court professionals to enhance our services and presence.
  • Organize webinars to raise awareness among court organizations.
Additional Duties
  • Maintain effective remote communication and resource sharing.
  • Create and manage a pipeline for business development.
  • Conduct research for lead generation.
  • Keep CRM and resources updated.
  • Present at conferences and webinars.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing.
Travel Requirements
  • In-person visits are critical for relationship building.
  • Approximately 2-3 weeks of travel per month initially.

  • Location: Reside in Chicago, Dallas, or Houston.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt.
