Job summary

Modern Health is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional business and partnership programs. You will coordinate across Product & Tech, Clinical, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal & Finance, and external health partners.

You will own meaningful workstreams from day one, with coaching from senior leadership, and have opportunities to grow into leading the largest programs end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations.
• Strong program management fundamentals: planning, milestones, dependency tracking, risk management.
• Documentation and systems thinking; creating playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes.
• Excellent communicational skills; proactive visibility to stakeholders and decisions.
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of business and partnership programs across internal and external operations.
• Support external partnerships: manage check-ins, track commitments, and ensure SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to stay aligned and unblocked.
• Build and maintain program plans, trackers, and playbooks for predictable delivery.
• Monitor program health: track metrics, identify risks, and propose paths forward.
