Job summary

SoFi at Work is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of employer and workplace partnerships. You will be the strategic day-to-day partner to HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, and other client stakeholders—translating business objectives into activation plans that drive engagement and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnership or customer success, account management, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Experience managing and growing complex B2B or B2B2C relationships, preferably with employers, workplace, financial-services, HR tech, SaaS, or other strategic partners.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, including HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of employer and workplace partners, acting as the primary relationship manager for key stakeholders.
• Lead the post-sale partnership lifecycle: onboarding, implementation readiness, launch, ongoing engagement, reviews, renewal, and expansion planning.
• Develop joint success plans aligning partner needs with SoFi at Work capabilities.
• Monitor program performance across enrollment, utilization, and engagement; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning conversations with data-driven storytelling.
