Job summary

SoFi at Work in Frisco, TX is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of employer and workplace partnerships. You will partner with HR, Benefits, and Payroll to translate business objectives into activation plans that drive awareness, engagement, and long‑term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnership success or customer/account management.
• Experience managing complex B2B/B2B2C relationships with employers or SaaS partners.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels (HR, Benefits, Payroll, Finance).
• Proven ability to lead post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Strong analytical judgment and data-driven storytelling for client reviews.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with experience leading business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of employer/workplace partners and act as primary relationship manager.
• Lead post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, implementation readiness, launch, activation, renewal, expansion.
• Develop joint success plans aligning partner needs with SoFi at Work capabilities.
• Create activation/engagement strategies with partner communications and events.
• Monitor program metrics and translate insights into actionable steps.
• Lead business reviews with data, market context, and product updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales on commercial talks.
• Serve as voice of the partner to Product, Marketing, Operations and leadership.
