Job summary

SoFi at Work is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of employer and workplace partnerships. You will be the strategic day-to-day partner to HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, and other client stakeholders—translating business objectives into activation plans that drive employee engagement and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnership success, customer success, or related role.
• Proven ability to manage and grow complex B2B/B2B2C relationships.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience leading post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Strong analytical judgment with data-driven storytelling.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of employer and workplace partners as the primary relationship manager.
• Lead post-sale lifecycle: handoff, onboarding, implementation readiness, launch, ongoing engagement, renewal, expansion.
• Build and execute joint success plans aligning partner needs with SoFi at Work capabilities.
• Develop activation and engagement strategies with Marketing and SMEs.
• Monitor program performance and translate insights into recommendations.
• Lead business reviews and strategic planning with data and market context.
• Identify and advance expansion opportunities with Sales on commercial conversations.
• Synthesize stakeholder feedback into actionable insights for Product, Marketing, and Operations.
• Proactively identify partnership-health risks and coordinate internal teams to protect retention.
• Maintain accurate account plans, contacts, risks, opportunities, and metrics in Salesforce.
