Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to own a portfolio of employer and workplace partners within SoFi at Work. You will lead post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, translate business objectives into activation plans, and collaborate with Sales, Implementations, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to drive engagement and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnership success, account management, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Experience managing complex B2B/B2B2C relationships, preferably in fintech, HR tech, SaaS, or benefits.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels including HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance.
• Proven ability to lead post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Strong analytical judgment and data storytelling to inform client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of employer and workplace partners as the primary relationship manager.
• Lead post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, activation, ongoing engagement, renewal, and expansion planning.
• Develop joint success plans aligning partner needs with SoFi at Work capabilities.
• Create partner communications, webinars, content, campaigns, and events with Marketing teams.
• Monitor program performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead business reviews with data, market context, and product updates to drive outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales on commercial aspects.
• Represent partners internally to Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
• Manage risks and coordinate internal teams to protect customer experience and retention.
• Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce and other tools.
• Coordinate renewals and amendments with partners and Legal.
