Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Partner Manager to own and grow executive partner relationships across the West Coast and beyond. You will onboard partners, enable referrals, and drive partner-sourced revenue while working closely with marketing, sales, and client services to maximize opportunities.

You will manage multiple partner engagements, monitor performance metrics, and report progress to the VP of Partnerships. This role offers flexible work arrangements and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or partnerships at an agency or tech company.
• Experience managing a pipeline in partnership with a sales team.
• Experience working with professional services firms, consulting firms, agencies, or fractional CMOs.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships from onboarding to revenue generation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client service to enable referrals and revenue.
• Track and report on partner pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics.
