Job summary

Human Interest seeks a results-driven Partner Account Manager to expand and manage our partner ecosystem across the U.S. You will cultivate referrals with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space, driving growth and exceed targets.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues, design joint go-to-market plans, and execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining partner relationships in SMB tech/HCM space.
• Proven track record in quota-driven sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new opportunities.
• Proactively resolve issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to promote partner sales (educational events, email, webinars).
• Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners and execute GTM strategies.
