Job summary

Auberle is seeking a Business Development Manager at our Main Campus in McKeesport, PA. This experienced role focuses on promoting the agency's mission, cultivating employer partnerships, and expanding workforce development programs across markets.

You will analyze data, write proposals, and help grow program pipelines while upholding Auberle's values and quality standards. Travel up to 25% may be required; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred.
• ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
• Pre-employment drug screening and ongoing random drug screens.
• Valid PA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Mission and Values of Auberle and the program’s philosophy and procedures.
• Cultivate relationships with employers to increase employment pipelines and expand programming.
• Research and implement national best practices in workforce development.
• Market programs to ensure full utilization by eligible participants.
• Assist in development and writing of requests for proposals.
• Assist in standardizing Employment Institute model for replication across markets.
• Motivate team members to create innovative solutions for participants’ career goals.
• Promote Continuous Quality Improvement goals and objectives.
• May work with a small caseload of participants to assist career goals.
