David’s Bridal is expanding its dream maker sales team with a Partner Development Manager to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue through multi-channel marketing initiatives. The role focuses on leads development, crafting customized client presentations, and closing deals while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in sales, agency experience a plus, and strong CRM, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience.
• Agency experience (media, advertising, or brand partnerships) is a plus.
• Strong ability to drive revenue and manage client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads from local businesses, brands, and agencies for partnerships.
• Create customized presentations and close deals while hitting quarterly sales goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to identify convergent advertising opportunities.
• Manage client relationships through the sales cycle, including contracts and KPI review.
• Develop new marketing opportunities to monetize DB reach in the market.
