Responsibilities include defining channel strategies, driving open-to-buy processes, and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership. Regular travel to stores may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in buying or multichannel merchandising.
• Experience in assortment planning, product development and open-to-buy management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; adept at leveraging AI tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own category vision and growth opportunities with leadership.
• Define and execute channel strategy across six channels.
• Translate market and trend data into actionable insights for buying forums.
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market and hero-style selection.
