David’s Bridal is seeking an Online & Partnership Sales Representative to drive revenue across B2C and B2B channels. The role combines online bridal sales on the David’s Bridal eCommerce platform with selling Pearl by David’s to wedding pros and vendors.

The position demands a confident closer who tracks KPIs, leverages CRM, and moves quickly from discovery to close in a quota-driven environment. A hybrid role requires onsite presence and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, preferably in sales, retail, B2B sales experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Some travel required

Responsibilities

• Own and execute online bridal sales spurts and bookings for B2C and B2B channels
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Represent Pearl by David’s at trade shows, events, and activations to generate leads and close opportunities
• Lead onboarding and activation of partners, ensuring quick time-to-value
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and monitor KPIs like revenue, conversions, and pipeline velocity
• Travel as needed to support onsite selling, activations, and revenue-driving events
