Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property services preferred.
• Proven success in generating new business and achieving targets.
• Experience using CRM software and pipeline management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that support growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and generate referrals.
• Conduct regular client visits, networking, and industry events to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and service agreements to prospective clients.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with CRM-based forecasts and activity reports.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve business development processes and customer engagement.
• Travel as required for client meetings and events.
