- 5-7 years in corporate strategy, investment banking, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong financial modeling and ability to evaluate complex deals.

- Lead evaluation of rights opportunities, including structure and profitability.
- Assess pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategies and distribution economics.
