EverPass Media, LLC is seeking a Director of Strategy & Partnerships to partner with the executive team on strategic, commercial, content, and distribution initiatives. You will evaluate growth opportunities, rights opportunities, partnerships, and routes to market, assessing the financial, competitive, and commercial implications of key decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic judgment with exceptional financial and quantitative capabilities and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy, finance, partnerships, or related analytic environment.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team to shape and evaluate strategic priorities and key business decisions.
• Lead evaluation of rights opportunities, including fees, revenue shares, and profitability.
• Evaluate content, distribution, and partnerships from business case through negotiation and execution.
• Assess pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, and unit economics for offerings.
• Identify new distribution channels, platforms, and routes to market to accelerate growth.
• Build sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for partnerships and investments.
• Monitor competition and market trends to inform strategy and opportunities.
• Develop executive-level recommendations and decision materials translating analyses into actions.
• Lead strategic reviews for key partnerships and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Content, Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to enable plans.
• Support corporate development and due diligence for strategic transactions.
• Apply AI and analytics to accelerate research and decision support.
