Job summary

EverPass Media is seeking a Director of Strategy & Partnerships to partner with the executive team on strategic, commercial, content, and distribution initiatives. The role focuses on evaluating growth opportunities, sports and entertainment rights, and new routes to market to inform senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in corporate strategy, investment banking, strategic finance, corporate development, partnerships, or similarly rigorous analytical environments.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex deal structures.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with ability to develop executive-ready analyses.
• AI proficiency to accelerate research, analysis, and decision-making.
• Experience in sports, media, streaming, entertainment, technology, content rights, distribution, or partnerships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team to shape strategic priorities and evaluate growth opportunities and key business decisions.
• Lead evaluation of sports/entertainment rights opportunities, including fees and revenue structures.
• Assess pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, unit economics, and commercialization opportunities.
• Identify new distribution channels and routes to market to expand reach and growth.
• Build sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for partnerships and deals.
• Develop executive-level recommendations, dashboards, and decision materials.
