Job summary

LifeStance Health in the United States seeks a Strategic Partnerships Executive to develop executive-level relationships with leaders of healthcare organizations and drive behavioral health referrals to LifeStance. The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Corporate and Business Development and works with regional leadership to expand the referral base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in healthcare services.
• Experience selling to health systems and/or medical practices is a plus.
• Experience in behavioral health industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create standardized referral relationships with behavioral health providers, care management and navigation platforms, payors, and other referring organizations to drive patient volume.
• Collaborate with SVP, Business Development and Chief Growth Officer to grow national awareness and drive referrals to clinical services.
• Navigate partner leadership to standardize processes and maximize referral volume.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internal and external to LifeStance.
• Partner with marketing on collateral development and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decisions and reporting.
• Maintain CRM and implement improvements to drive referrals.
