Job summary

Abilene Christian University seeks a Strategic Partnership Executive focused on Community Colleges to develop and expand partnerships across Texas and surrounding states. You will drive outreach, build relationships with college leadership, and promote ACU’s programs to increase enrollments and partnerships.

The role requires strong sales, negotiation, and relationship skills, with travel and remote work as needed.

Qualifications

Background in Higher Education with a focus on community colleges.
Experience in sales, marketing, academic advising, or other enrollment-oriented roles.
Industry experience in healthcare, IT, military, government, or business is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

Build and expand community college partnership accounts and identify growth opportunities.
Proactively meet with key decision makers to raise awareness of ACU programs.
Develop outreach campaigns via networking events, cold calling, sales presentations and social media channels.
Meet and exceed enrollment goals by devising strategies to increase awareness of ACU degrees.
Collaborate with ACU departments to drive new and existing partnerships.
Track industry trends and monitor competitors to inform program offerings.
